Local Delivery

If no one is available to accept the delivery at the specified address and time, the driver will attempt to contact the phone number provided with the order for further instructions. If contact cannot be made, the order may either be left at the address (if deemed suitable) or returned to our kitchen. In most cases, the order will be returned to our kitchen.

If an order is returned due to a failed delivery attempt, the customer will be notified via email and/or SMS to arrange a redelivery, which will incur a $15 fee.

Please note that our drivers are unable to wait longer than 10 minutes at the delivery address if no one is available to accept the order.

Deliveries are typically made between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. However, on rare occasions during busy periods, deliveries may arrive before 9:00 AM or after 4:00 PM
