Refund Procedure for Undelivered Orders

We gladly accept order cancellations and will provide a full refund in the form of store credit if the order is cancelled before the lead time. Please be aware that refunds are issued as store credit only; cash refunds are not available.

We will carefully review your request and determine the possibility of a refund based on the situation. You can expect a response from us within 48 hours of submitting your complaint.

Refund Method

If your order qualifies for a refund under the conditions mentioned above, the amount will be credited to your customer account as store credit on our website. Please note that cash refunds are not provided under any circumstances.
